All 9th State bookings are handled by either Pete Gilham or Matt Coleman. You can therefore be assured that your booking is being handled by someone directly involved in the band from the date of the first enquiry until the completion of your event.

Pricing depends on the location, size and requirements of your event as this will particularly impact on the equipment and travel requirements. However, Pete and Matt are fully aware of the fees charged by bands providing similar entertainment in Hong Kong, and 9th State has always maintained a very competitive pricing policy.
We have an excellent relationship with a local equipment supplier, and therefore, given two (2) weeks notice, we can ensure that the sound and lighting equipment will be available for your event. This should be kept in mind, as nearly all bands in Hong Kong hire sound equipment, rather than supplying their own, as a result of transport and storage restrictions.
Essentially, 9th State can structure a deal to suit you and we are happy to discuss any queries you might have, to guarantee you are satisfied with the arrangements made. First and foremost, you are encouraged to read our set list and be comfortable that you are getting the right band, playing the right music, for your event. We want you and your guests to have a good time.
